As women, the world expects us to support the household (if needed), care for the family and remain flawless. Unless you’ve got a lifetime supply of Red Bull, I don’t see how this a feasible on the 24/7/365 period.
Luckily, I’m not out of college yet so life is a tad but less stressful than the average working woman. Many women on campus have organization meeting, sorority formals, birthdays, sporting events, tests, finals, internship, extracurricular practice and part-time jobs to keep track of. No doubt that resume will be attracted to any employer once may go to.

One problem I’ve had trying to do it all is stress. Different people respond to stress in different way some folks may become depressed angry or frantic. Nothing positive can come out of the especially if it happens often. One must find time to cater to themselves and just enjoy life.
At the end of the week, I like to enjoy myself, which generally means two things:
1. Sending time with friends
2. Spending time alone
If I chose option one, I might go to a social event, play games at a friend’s house, try a new sport or activity, explore a park or even do a spa day. I usually depends on my desire to explore or stick with what I know, time and money. No matter what I choose, it helps me take a moment to enjoy life to the fullest and relieve myself of responsibilities for a few hours.

Spending time alone is also great if I’ve been overwhelmed by people for the day or all my friends are busy. Typically, I will spend time with my Xbox, cook something new, watch Netflix, meditate/attempt yoga, or find something to fascinate me on YouTube for hours. Luckily, I have a significant other I can share this time with. Doing nothing work related or that requires too much effort. I’ve made the mistake of telling my fiancé, “I’m gonna relax today”. And fifteen minutes later she’ll find me work in on material from the office instead. SO relaxing at home is a conscience effort after a nonstop week.
***Another part of keeping the stress to a minimum is time management. Many college have resources and tips on this topic, but simply asking your mentor, peer, to professors can give you a more realistic idea of how to manage your time effectively.
